Does it charge while you pedal? This is the most frequently asked question, and we, being engineers, strive to explain as simply as possible that NO. We use electrical energy produced by hydroelectric, thermal, wind, nuclear power plants, etc., we store it in the bicycle's battery pack, and we use that energy to propel ourselves. This means that we pedal, and if we had a normal bicycle at that pedaling pace, we would have 15km/h, but with the electric bicycle, we would have 20km/h with the same effort. If it were to charge while we pedal, it would simply be a waste of energy.

1. Call the phone number and express your wish. We check if and how many bicycles are available when you want them and, if you wish, we reserve them free of charge. Obviously, if you reserve once and do not show up for pickup, you can no longer reserve in the future.
2. It would be good to call a day in advance so we can charge the batteries, as we usually keep them at about 70% charge for a longer lifespan.
3. Present yourself at our headquarters in Brașov, B-dul Gării, Nr. 1 – CUB Velo Hub on the established date and time with your ID card or a valid identity document, which we can copy, we sign the rental contract whose model is HERE – you don't need to fill it out from home, we fill it out much easier when we meet.
4. We set the return date and time, and you are free to go or ride.

Have you calculated how many times you would ride your bike if it were yours, how much you would repair it, and how much space it would take up?
