2. General Terms & Offered Services
By accessing cub.eco and purchasing services (Escape Room Gift Vouchers, Escape Room Bookings, Bike Rentals), you fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
All prices listed on the website are displayed in RON and include all applicable taxes.
3. Payment Methods
Online card payments are processed securely via our authorized payment processor, NETOPIA Payments (Netopia Financial Services).
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro. No transaction fees are charged to the buyer. Card credentials are entered directly into NETOPIA's secure payment portal; cub.eco does not store confidential payment card data.
4. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
CUBUL S.R.L. processes customer personal data (name, phone number, email address) solely for fulfilling orders, issuing vouchers, managing bookings, and invoicing, in full compliance with GDPR regulations.
5. Consumer Protection & Disputes
Any disputes between CUBUL S.R.L. and customers will be settled amicably. Customers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
