1. Gift Voucher Delivery

All digital vouchers and gift certificates for our services (Escape Room / Bike Rental) purchased online are delivered electronically.

Electronic Delivery (Email): Instant, immediately following online payment confirmation. You will receive a PDF document and/or a unique QR code at the email address provided.
Delivery Fee: Free of charge (0 RON).
Physical Pickup (Optional): Vouchers can also be collected in person at our physical hub: Brașov, Bd. Gării, Nr. 1, Ground Floor (CUB Velo Hub), during operating hours, upon presenting payment proof.

For online prepaid bookings for Escape Room games or Bike Rentals:

Instant Confirmation: A confirmation receipt will be sent via email immediately after successful transaction processing.
Service Delivery: Services are rendered on-site at the date, time, and location specified in your booking confirmation (Location: Bd. Gării, Nr. 1, Ground Floor, Brașov).
Access Requirements: Customers must present their booking confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID upon arrival.
