1. Gift Voucher Validity & Return

Validity: Vouchers are valid for the timeframe stated on the document (standard validity is 3 months from date of purchase).
14-Day Right of Withdrawal: According to EU consumer rights legislation, you have the right to request a full refund (100%) within 14 calendar days of purchasing a voucher online, provided it has not been used.
Exceptions: Vouchers that have been partially or fully redeemed during the 14-day window are non-refundable.

2. Booking Cancellation Policy (Escape Room & Bike Rental)

For online prepaid reservations, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation at least 48 hours prior to appointment: 100% full refund.

• Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours prior to appointment: 50% partial refund.

• Cancellation under 24 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable. The reservation/voucher is forfeited.

3. Refund Process

Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted via email to birou@cub.eco including your booking ID and voucher code.

For card payments, refunds are processed exclusively back to the original bank card used for the transaction via our payment gateway (NETOPIA Payments) within up to 14 business days upon approval.
